Day 1:  April 16
Fly To Basel Switzerland 

Depart the USA for an overnight flight to Basel, Switzerland. Included group flights will connect in Amsterdam.  Included group flight leaves MSP  at 2:35PM (KL#656)

Day 2:  April 17
Arrive In Basel

Upon arrival in Basel, we will be joined by a local guide who will accompany us on an orientation tour of Basel, Switzerland.  We then board our ship at 6pm.  After comfortably settling into your cabins, we will enjoy a welcome cocktail with the crew of the ship.  In the evening, enjoy an included Welcome Dinner onboard.  Tonight we sail to Breisach, Germany.  Group flight arrives Amsterdam at 5:25AM before departing 08:25AM (KL1943) and arriving at 9:45AM in Basel, Switzerland.

Day 3:  April 18
Colmar, France & Breisach

Start your day with free time to explore the charming town of Breisach at your own pace. In the afternoon, join us for an exciting guided tour of the vibrant and colorful city of Colmar, a true gem of Alsatian charm. All ship excursions are included in the trip price! Wander through the romantic Little Venice neighborhood, where picturesque canals and quaint architecture transport you to a fairytale setting. Our tour includes a visit to the renowned Unterlinden Museum, which boasts an impressive collection spanning 7,000 years, from prehistoric artifacts to modern art. The highlight of the museum is the exquisite polyptych by Niclaus of Haguenau and Grünewald, a masterpiece not to be missed. After a day of discovery, join us for a delightful dinner followed by an evening of captivating entertainment. This is a day filled with unforgettable experiences and cultural treasures.

Day 4:  April 19
Strasbourg, France

Spend your morning cruising through the enchanting vineyards nestled along the picturesque hills of the Vosges mountain range, the serene Black Forest, and the scenic Alsatian plains. In the afternoon, embark on an exclusive excursion featuring a captivating boat tour of Strasbourg, including a visit to its magnificent cathedral.   Strasbourg’s architectural landscape is a delightful blend of traditional charm and contemporary elegance, offering a unique glimpse into the city's rich history and modern vibrancy. As the day draws to a close, join us for an evening of dancing in the lounge, creating unforgettable memories as our ship sails towards the historic city of Mainz.

Day 5:  April 20
Mainz & Koblenz, Germany

Join us for an exciting excursion featuring a guided tour of Mainz and the renowned Gutenberg Museum. Our walking tour begins at the city's stunning cathedral, a masterpiece of architecture and history. We’ll then meander through the charming streets of the Old City, making our way to the Gutenberg Museum, where the fascinating world of printing and its history awaits.

After our enriching tour, we'll cruise through the enchanting Rhine Valley, taking in the breathtaking scenery as we approach the legendary Lorelei rock. Delight in a sumptuous Easter dinner onboard, followed by an evening exploration of the city with our knowledgeable Cruise Manager. This day promises a perfect blend of cultural discovery and scenic beauty.

Day 6:  April 21
Koblenz, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Germany

We'll embark on a scenic cruise to Cologne, passing through the charming cities of Andernach, Königswinter, and Bonn. As we approach Cologne, you'll be treated to the sight of the legendary Seven Hills (Siebengebirge), steeped in myths and fairytales. We’ll arrive by late morning, ready for an exciting day ahead.

Join us on a guided tour of Cologne, a historic crossroads of Europe since the Middle Ages. Marvel at the city's immense Gothic cathedral, the tallest twin-spire church in the world and Germany’s most visited landmark. Our tour continues through the vibrant Old Town, where we'll stroll the picturesque streets and pass by the renowned Farina Fragrance Museum. After some leisurely free time to explore on your own, we'll return to the ship before being transferred to Düsseldorf by coach.  The evening promises a grand finale with our festive gala celebration.

Day 7:  April 22
Nijmegen & Amsterdam, Netherlands

Join us for an unforgettable excursion to the Netherlands Open-Air Museum in Arnhem.  This renowned national museum showcases the everyday life of Dutch people throughout history, featuring charming old homes, traditional farms, and historical factories from various regions. Stroll through the exhibits at your own pace or hop on an authentic tram for a unique experience. While you immerse yourself in Dutch culture, our ship will cruise to Nijmegen, where we'll reunite and begin our journey to Amsterdam. Cap off your day with a delightful dinner on board, followed by an evening of lively entertainment.

Day 8:  April 23
Keukenhof Gardens

This morning, we offer two exciting excursions tailored to what you want to see in do (you can choose either the CLASSIC OR DISCOVERY EXPERIENCE).  CLASSIC Experience: Embark on a panoramic tour of Amsterdam, one of the most unique and extraordinary cities in the world. This highlight tour will showcase all the major sites, including the tallest windmill in the Netherlands, De Gooyer, and the dazzling floating flower market. We’ll also visit a renowned diamond merchant for a glimpse into Amsterdam’s sparkling heritage.  Or, you can choose to take the DISCOVERY Experience: Experience Amsterdam like a local with an off-the-beaten-path bike tour. We'll start on foot to the bike rental office, where you'll be equipped for an adventurous ride. Discover hidden gems and local favorites as we pedal past famous landmarks such as Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the Anne Frank House, Nieuwmarkt, the Rembrandt House Museum, and more.

In the afternoon, everyone will enjoy the stunning Keukenhof Gardens. Wander through the beautiful spring gardens at your own pace, taking in the vibrant displays at the Orchid House, the serene Japanese Garden, and the 19th-century windmill overlooking the tulip fields. Keukenhof also features the works of 25 artists. For a more active exploration, consider a boat trip through the fields or a bike ride around the picturesque surroundings.

Day 9:  April 24
Disembark Ship - Haarlem

Enjoy one last buffet breakfast on board before disembarking at 9:00 a.m.  A local guide will join us as we discover a traditional Dutch village before ending up in Haarlem for the evening.  Tonight, join our new friends as we enjoy a farewell Dinner to Europe!

Day 10:  April 25
Fly Home from Amsterdam

After breakfast, we bid farewell to the enchanting city of Amsterdam.  We will remember the picturesque landscapes of the Switzerland, Germany & the Netherlands and the serene Rhine River, we carry with us treasured memories of our incredible journey through Europe.  Return home today, or continue your travels in Europe.  The group flight leaves Amsterdam at 9:55AM (KL655) and arrives in MSP at 11:35AM.
