April 7 - 16, 2025

Embark on an unforgettable journey through the heart of Belgium while cruising the quiet canals of this historic land. The Canal Barge Raymonde will be our group's private home away from home, and it'll be our jumping-off point as we discover iconic destinations. We'll visit Bruges, Brussels, and Mons, each with its unique charm, and explore their medieval city centers, architecture, and picturesque cobbled streets. Best of all - we'll savor the flavors of Belgium - renowned for its delectable cuisine - from hearty stews and moules-frites (mussels and french fries) to decadent chocolates and artisanal beers. There's something to satisfy every palate.

Before we set sail, we delve into Belgium's rich history and strategic importance with a day trip to World War 1's infamous Flanders Field. We'll deepen our understanding of Belgium’s cultural heritage through guided tours, private food excursions, wine and spirit tastings, and little side trips off the beaten path. We’ll explore why Belgium is Europe’s best-kept secret, and you’ll come to love experiencing nature gliding by as we recharge for our next stop.
